A New Cycle Begins

The Winter Solstice / 0 Degree of Capricorn

Dear friends,

I’ve written a long form post on my website with some thoughts on the winter solstice & the sign of Capricorn.

I’d planned to do some editing and putting my energetic resources into cleaning up the flow of thoughts that come when I write. But in the interest of readying myself for hard work - which to me is what the 0 degree of Capricorn is about - I’m making the practical choice to conserve energy and get ready for the steep hill I'm about to begin walking, long haul style (major life change about to happen o-er here!)

The land is getting ready for a new cycle.

Our inner land is getting ready for a new cycle.

It begins on December 21, 2024.


This is an activation of cardinal earth energy. The seeds underground can be felt. And the power they possess, their capacity to hold life within them? That needs to be honored.

Reverence for the work required to help a seed turn into a tree is needed.

It’s intense. Takes dedication, and the willingness to keep going, long after most others will give up.

"It's too hard!" In some area of life, it most definitely feels that way. Yet your capacity for greatness is directly connected to your capacity to withstand the need to climb. 

Even when we can’t see the final result & the light is at its most minimal, there is immense potential – there is life. And we have to respect what we need to develop within ourselves and our lives, in order to grow and thrive.

It’s hard. But we can do hard things.

Consider this within the context of your own life.

So you can’t see the physical outcome of your efforts yet – perhaps someone else can’t see what you’re doing, or understand that it needs to be respected - because the end result hasn’t risen into the light of physical awareness yet. It's not physically substantiated.

So what? That doesn’t mean something isn’t occurring underground, through your patient, practical efforts.

You’re building something.

I’m building something.

We’re ALL building something.

Life force is being activated.
