An Odd Shift
The old way isn't working anymore
If the path feels uncertain -
building a relationship with uncertainty is helpful.
But there’s nothing humans are more uncertain of than their inner knowing.
Inner messaging goes against the grain of convention—so it feels dangerous.
There’s aspects of ourselves that guide us in the wrong direction, too.
The part of you that fears the results of the work you've been doing — even when those results mean being supported and trusting your path — can feel threatened by what it doesn't recognize yet.
But future you does. 😉
The mistake would be to lean into what you’ve learned to believe,
about what’s possible for someone like you.
The gift would be learning to spot patterns that challenge the stories that keep one part of you safe —while the rest of you reels with frustration at feeling held back.
You might have noticed an odd shift recently:
You are fed up with a pattern.
More intolerant of something you used to readily engage with.
Over-concerning yourself with situations that don’t require so much of your focus & energy = Nope. I’m done.
This is the paradigm shift.
Walking a different path requires noticing differently.
You may need new shoes - a new way of stepping into relationships with people, information and money.
There are more ideas circulating than you can use
That’s why it’s important to get to know your own signal,
beyond the influences of old stories that were never yours to repeat.
You wouldn’t want what you want
and need what you need
if you weren’t meant to go that way.
If the way of life you’ve been sure of is over,
trying a different way — and noticing it actually works -
can be the new daily experience if you want it to be.

For help trusting what’s emerging, this is useful.
