Extracting the love - the individual spark - from the ideology is important.
You don’t want your energy being sacrificed to a concept.
There's nothing more realistic than to give more of yourself to the inner journey - to explore your inner pathways, and experience how that process opens up the exterior journey, in ways you're a baby bird in understanding.
Life changes when you become loyal to what's going on within you.
The math checks out: a willingness to deeply understand yourself creates changes in the outer experience.
The more you are willing to know your inner world, the more you naturally align with people and ideas that honor your essence.
But you have to be willing to take the leap from idealizing a concept about your life path, and discovering the right life path for you - one an ideological group has no business deciding.
It wouldn't be appropriate to keep letting an ideology steal your fire.
Consider how to right the wrong ratio - to become aware of how much of your energy is being poured into a vault you'll never fully access the contents of, or understand the forces behind.
You can't and don't truly know what's going on behind the scenes of the hype.
But you know that it feels good to pursue what lights you up.
As you invest in the path of self-knowledge, you feel better about life.
More pathways open up for you.
Opportunities arise to share bits and pieces of your passion with others, in a meaningful way.
You just have to be willing to invest in your vitality and then wait for the dots to connect.
You'll need to reclaim your focus.
You'll need to notice what you've idealized focusing on -
then make room for what your soul has to say about it...
It's a good time to grab a journal and do some sentence completion work. See what insights come through leading up to the new moon.
You can also complete these orally.
This type of inner exploration can help you create something vital to your life path.
Read the following sentence stems aloud.
Keep adding different endings, between 4 and 6.
End each with a complete sentence.
Notice how the answers you automatically come up with make you feel:
1. When I am more accepting of my creative inspirations...
2. If I am more accepting of my fears…
3. If I am more accepting of my feelings…
4. If I take 5 percent more responsibility for my life and well-being…
5. When I restrict myself from doing what I love...
6. If I treat my wants with respect today…
* This process was created by Nathaniel Branden. Some of these stems were created by him, and some by me.
